Welcome to P&B assam. We value our customers and strive to deliver the best quality traditional Assamese handloom products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.
1. Return Eligibility
A product will be eligible for return if:
The return request is raised within 3–7 days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice/bill are intact.
The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
Used, washed, or altered products
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Contact Form.
Share your Order ID, clear product images/videos, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared.
4. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (design, color choice, etc.), shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds for Prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (different size/design), subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or videos for verification.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
