3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere?
COD is available only on selected pin codes, depending on courier serviceability.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier partner.

5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

6. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number/link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can track your order using that link.

7. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we currently ship across India.

8. Are the products handloom or machine-made?
We offer both handloom and machine-made Mekhela Chador. Product details clearly mention whether an item is handloom or machine-made. Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur depending on the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos for verification.

10. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.

11. What happens if I miss the delivery?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned.
