1. Order Placement
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Orders can be placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid payment methods.
2. Order Confirmation
For COD orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order.
If the order is not confirmed by the customer, it may be cancelled.
Prepaid orders are processed directly after payment confirmation.
3. Order Processing & Packing
After confirmation, your order is processed within 1–3 business days.
Each Mekhela Chador is carefully folded, packed, and checked before dispatch.
Minor variations in color or design may occur due to the Machine-Made and nature of handloom products.
4. Shipping & Courier Partner
Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners using courier aggregator services.
Courier partner selection depends on serviceability, delivery speed, and location.
5. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at the time of checkout.
Any free shipping offer will be mentioned on the website.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/link.
You can track your order status using the provided tracking details.
8. Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility
Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
Customers are requested to provide a correct address and active contact number.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, the order may be returned.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available on selected pin codes only.
If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory for verification.
11. Address Change Request
Address changes are allowed before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
